The logout command terminates the connection from server-side. It must be possible to make a script that updates the putty-registry-sessions.reg file to change the value of WinTitle for each of the saved sessions. The logout command ( exit command of the top-level shell sessions runs logout) does not send any command to PuTTY to terminate the connection.
